Prepare a batter by blending
Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour with your choice of water, egg
or milk, then coat with batter and fry until golden brown.

DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN
Heat half butter and half
shortening in a heavy frying pan to 350 degrees. Roll chicken pieces in
Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour and fry for 20 minutes, on each
side (turning only once). Do not crowd the chicken pieces in you pan
while frying.
