INGREDIENTS: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid), Salt, Spices, Monosodium Glutamate, Whey Sodium Tripolyphosphate and Malted Barley Flour.
  ALL PURPOSE DIRECTIONS  
Use Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour as a crispy coating on meats, foul, game and vegetables by moistening in your choice of water, egg or milk. Then roll of shake in Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour and fry until golden brown.
  FOR A THICKER COATING  
Prepare a batter by blending Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour with your choice of water, egg or milk, then coat with batter and fry until golden brown.
  FOR DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN  
Heat half butter and half shortening in a heavy frying pan to 350 degrees. Roll chicken pieces in Western Star All Purpose Seasoned Flour and fry for 20 minutes, on each side (turning only once). Do not crowd the chicken pieces in you pan while frying.
  MAKES A GREAT GRAVY ALSO!!!
